Dingle Yandell

Dingle is a member of Voces8 Soloists and is only availble for booking as one of 4 or more soloists from the group.

A former Westminster Abbey chorister, Dingle began his musical career at St Mary's Nottingham and continued his singing at Oakham School. With the RSCM's Millenium Youth Choir, he toured the USA and broadcast for the BBC including on several royal occasions.  

A graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where he studied with Brian Parsons, Dingle has given acclaimed solo performances, most notably Christus in Bach's 'St John Passion' and Mozart's 'Requiem'. Since graduating from the School in 2006, he has toured Handel's 'Messiah' with Paulo Ali and the Jubilate Choir and Orchestra in Italy. Other performance repertoire includes Mozart's 'Mass in C Minor', Haydn's 'Nelson Mass' and Bach's 'Magnificat'. Future engagements include Handel's '21st Century Messiah' with the Senesino Players and Voces8. 

Dingle sings bass with the international award winning a cappella octet, Voces8. Recent performance venues include St John's Smith Square, the Royal Festival Hall, the Royal Opera House and Fairfield Halls, Croydon. He also has a keen interest in electronic music and is an experienced composer and DJ in contemporary house and techno genres. Dingle uses his expert composing knowledge in the education workshops he is engaged in with Voces8.
